This off-plan development has 116 one-bedroom loft-style apartments across two blocks. The apartments range from ground floor units to penthouses, and each one has an open-plan layout connecting the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Every apartment includes a private terrace, with larger solarium terraces on the penthouses. The building licence is granted. Construction runs from Q3 2026 to Q4 2028.
This gated complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, a pool bar, a barbecue area and a chill-out zone for residents. There is also a private gym and a coworking area. The grounds include landscaped gardens. A basement garage provides private parking spaces, reached by a vehicle ramp. Lifts serve all apartment floors and the basement level.
Each apartment comes with a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances, including a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and extractor hood. Other features include ducted air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, laminate flooring and porcelain bathroom tiles. The windows are aluminium or PVC with a thermal break and thermo-acoustic glazing. A security entrance door and video door entry system are also installed.
The building is designed to reach an A energy rating. Solar panels supply electricity for the communal areas. Hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump system, which uses less energy. The apartments have thermal and acoustic insulation throughout, and the flat roofs include thermal insulation. The basement garage has pre-installation for electric vehicle charging points.
The development sits in Las Lagunas de Mijas, on the Costa del Sol, 2 km from the beach and surrounded by established residential areas. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and health centres are within a short walk. A large shopping centre is under 5 minutes away. Marbella and Málaga are both 30 minutes by car, and Estepona is 45 minutes. Several golf courses are nearby.
