This off-plan development has 12 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments, including one two-bedroom ground-floor apartment and one two-bedroom penthouse. The building has four floors and offers apartments with one or two bathrooms. Built areas range from 52 to 79 m², with terraces of up to 5 m². Prices start at €220.000. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
The building includes an elevator serving every floor, a finished entrance hall, communal corridors and stairways. Individual mailboxes are installed at the entrance. The penthouse has a private terrace, while selected ground-floor apartments also include terraces. Entry to each apartment is protected by a video intercom with camera.
Apartments feature open-plan layouts, large-format external windows and porcelain flooring in the living areas, bedrooms and hallways. Kitchens and bathrooms have porcelain floor and wall tiles. Each apartment includes fitted wardrobes, a security entrance door with a three-point lock and double-glazed windows with thermal-break aluminium frames. Hot water is produced by an aerothermal system with storage tanks. Apartments use multisplit air conditioning with heat pump technology in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Thermal-break window frames, double glazing and acoustic floor insulation improve comfort and energy efficiency. LED lighting is installed in the apartments and communal areas, with motion sensors in the entrance and corridors.
The apartments are in central Fuengirola, within walking distance of Playa Alexis, Golf in Spain®, Escuela Infantil La Guarda and Fuengirola town centre. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, with shops, public transport, healthcare, schools, sports facilities, green areas and the seafront close by. Málaga Airport is about 20 minutes by car, Marbella centre and Puerto Banús about 30 minutes, Estepona centre about 50 minutes, Sotogrande Marina about 60 minutes, and Gibraltar Airport about 85 minutes.
