This development has 28 apartments in two buildings, each with a ground floor and two upper levels. Apartments have one, two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms, with built sizes from 54 m² to 97 m². Every apartment includes a garage space and a storage room. Ground-floor apartments have a private garden and a terrace, while first-floor apartments and penthouses have large terraces with 360º views of the sea and the mountains. Prices start at €245,000.
Residents share a communal swimming pool with restrooms, set within landscaped gardens crossed by pedestrian paths. Pedestrian access from the street is at ground level, with no steep ramps or stairs. Vehicle access to the basement garage sits on the outer edge of the complex, so the interior stays free of surface traffic. The complex is closed and fenced, with an eco-efficient lift, interior mailboxes and an exterior video intercom.
Each apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher, washer-dryer and fridge-freezer, finished with a 12 mm porcelain worktop and splashback. Floors are large-format laminate in a grey wood effect, with non-slip porcelain on the terraces. Windows use aluminium frames with a thermal break and double glazing with a low-emissivity coating, plus insulated aluminium shutters. Air conditioning runs on a heat pump through concealed ducts, controlled by a programmable thermostat. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and both bathrooms have large shower trays and thermostatic column taps.
The apartments carry an "A" energy rating. Hot water comes from an aerothermal system, which takes heat from the air instead of burning gas. A photovoltaic installation covers part of the electricity used in the building's communal areas. The lift is eco-efficient and ventilation runs through a low-noise, self-regulating mechanical unit. The garage includes a pre-installation for electric vehicle charging, routed to the central meter room so each apartment can connect its own point.
The complex sits in Casares Costa, in Málaga province, next to the New Golden Mile. Estepona is under 15 minutes by car and Marbella around 30 minutes, while Málaga airport is less than an hour away and Gibraltar airport is closer still. Several golf courses are within five minutes, including Casares Costa Golf, Doña Julia and Finca Cortesín. The beaches of Sabinillas, La Galera, Bahía Dorada and Arroyo Vaquero are a short drive away, as are the marinas of Estepona and La Duquesa. Supermarkets, restaurants and hospitals in Estepona are all nearby.
