This development has 29 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, set over a ground floor, three upper floors and a penthouse level. Currently available units run from 52 m² to 93 m² of built area. Layouts are open plan, with the kitchen joined to the living and dining area and large windows on every side. Most apartments have a terrace, and the penthouses have terraces of over 40 m². Every apartment includes a private parking space and a storage room. Prices start at €245,000 plus VAT.
Residents share a private garage with numbered spaces, reached directly by lift from every floor, and each apartment has its own storage room. The garage has pre-installation for electric vehicle charging points, forced ventilation, fire detection and emergency lighting, with automated remote-controlled entrance doors. Entrance halls, stairwells and corridors are finished in ceramic flooring and lit by low-energy lamps on motion sensors. A video intercom with a camera at the building entrance connects to a colour monitor in each apartment.
Floors are large-format porcelain stoneware, minimum 90x90 cm, in a neutral grey with a satin finish, continued on the terraces in a non-slip version. Kitchens are fully fitted, handleless and matte white, with a Calacatta-style porcelain worktop and island, built-in fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and extractor. Bathrooms have Porcelanosa vanity units, basins and mirrors, resin shower trays and single-lever chrome taps. Bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and roller shutters with insulated slats for full blackout. Windows are PVC with double glazing and a dehydrated air chamber.
Climate control uses a low-consumption heat pump, ducted through a false ceiling with outlets in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, and a thermostat in the living room. Hot water comes from solar thermal panels with a storage tank and electric backup. The structure is reinforced concrete with mineral wool insulation in the façades and between apartments, giving strong thermal and acoustic comfort. LED lighting is used across the building, motion sensors control the common areas, and low-consumption sanitary fittings reduce water use.
The apartments sit in Las Lagunas de Mijas, an established residential area of Mijas Costa. The beaches of Mijas Costa are a few minutes away by car, and the AP-7 and A-7 roads are close by, putting Fuengirola, Marbella and Málaga within easy reach. Schools, sports centres, shopping areas and a wide choice of restaurants are all nearby. Málaga airport is around half an hour away by car.
