Listings from the whole coast
Agencies on the Costa del Sol share their listings, and we belong to a network of more than 2,000 agencies. That means we can show you properties from the whole coast, while you deal with us alone.

A link from any portal or another agency’s website, or just a few sentences about what you are looking for. This applies to developer projects and resale properties alike.

We find out whether the property is available, at what price and on what terms. We then arrange the viewing with the agency offering it, and you attend as our client.

We show you the property and the surroundings, ask about everything the listing leaves out and negotiate the price. We deal with the other agencies on your behalf.

The seller pays the commission and the agencies share it. You pay us nothing, and the price stays the same for you.
The same property may be offered by five agencies, each at a slightly different price. But the lowest price in a listing does not mean the best deal. The real price is agreed with the seller, and we negotiate it for you. So one agency on your side is all you need.
Tell us right at the start. When agencies work together, they take into account who introduced the client first, so we need to know whether you have already been in talks about that property.
The listed price is only the beginning. When comparing, also look at the exact location, the terrace orientation, the current condition of the property, the handover date and the total costs.

For a developer project, compare the actual available unit, specification and contractual dates. For a resale, check its condition, community costs and documentation.
Allow for taxes, an independent lawyer, the notary, registration and any financing costs. Ownership brings community charges, local taxes, utilities, insurance and maintenance. Prepare a specific breakdown before reserving.
Tell us how you plan to use the property. Rental use requires checks of local rules and the conditions of the particular building. A listing or projected return does not confirm that short-term letting is permitted.
