Amenities
The complex is gated and secured, and its communal areas are already finished and open. Residents share three swimming pools: an oasis pool, an infinity pool and a children's pool. There are padel courts, outdoor training equipment, a snack bar and a children's playground. Each block has an underground garage with storage rooms and a lift that runs down to the parking level. Terraces and communal areas are lit throughout, and every apartment has a video intercom. Garage doors open automatically by remote control. Gardens and planted areas run between the buildings.
Specifications
Kitchens are fully fitted with an oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, integrated fridge-freezer, integrated dishwasher and a washing machine with dryer function. Floors are porcelain tile in a light wood tone, with non-slip porcelain on the terraces. Every apartment has underfloor heating throughout and ducted air conditioning controlled from the living room. Windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double thermal-acoustic glazing. Interior doors and fitted wardrobes are white lacquered. There is a security entrance door, internet and telephone points in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen, and a tap on the main terrace.
Sustainability
Hot water comes from an aerothermal heat pump with an individual tank in each apartment, which uses far less energy than a gas or electric boiler. The underfloor heating works at a low water temperature, so the same system heats the property efficiently. The façades are double-leaf with sprayed insulation, an air chamber and mineral wool panels, and the roofs carry a full waterproofing and thermal insulation build-up. Windows have a thermal break and an insulating chamber between the panes, which cuts heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer, and also reduces outside noise.
Location
The development sits in La Cala de Mijas, opposite La Noria golf course, in an established residential area on the Costa del Sol. The beach and the seafront promenade are about one kilometre away, with supermarkets, shops and restaurants within a few minutes' drive. Málaga airport is about 26 minutes away and Marbella about 28 minutes; Fuengirola and its train station are around 15 minutes. Several golf courses lie within six kilometres, including El Chaparral, Calanova, Santana and Miraflores. Local schools are within two kilometres and an international school is about seven kilometres away.
