Six blocks hold 78 apartments with one, two, three and four bedrooms, from 52 m² to 125 m² built. Ground floor apartments have a private garden with its own pool, first floor apartments have terraces, and penthouses have solariums with a private rooftop pool and sea views. Ground floor duplexes offer 121 m² over two levels. Every apartment includes one parking space and one storage room in the price.
Residents share an outdoor salt-water pool and a spa with a heated indoor pool, sauna and hammam, plus a gym and a coworking space, all set in landscaped gardens. The complex is gated with perimeter fencing and prepared for CCTV, and lifts link the garage to every block. Ground floor apartments have a private pool and outdoor shower; penthouses have the same on their solarium.
Kitchens come with upper and lower units, soft-close fittings and Siemens appliances: hob, extractor, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, in three colour choices. Floors use large-format 75x75 porcelain tiles. Ducted air conditioning with zoned control and electric underfloor heating in the bathrooms are standard, along with double glazing, thermal-break window frames and fitted wardrobes. A basic smart control package manages lighting and air conditioning. A ten-year structural warranty applies.
Hot water comes from a high-efficiency aerothermal system, which uses far less electricity than a standard boiler. The façade has a ventilated cavity with thermal and acoustic insulation, lowering energy use and improving comfort inside each apartment. Climate control and air quality systems are latest generation and energy efficient. Communal areas use LED lighting and all taps are water saving. Construction solutions are optimised for low energy consumption.
The apartments sit in La Gaspara, on Estepona's growing west side, under a ten minute walk from the beach and the coastal footpath. A supermarket, a new hospital, schools and an 18-hole golf course are all within a few minutes by car, with the Alcazaba Lagoon resort close by. Estepona port and old town are around five minutes, Puerto Banús around twenty, and Málaga and Gibraltar airports both under an hour.
