The development has 112 apartments across 13 blocks, built in two phases on a 10,200 m² plot. Each apartment has 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms. The duplex penthouses have an open living, dining and kitchen area with two bedrooms on the lower floor, and a master suite with a private terrace above. The 2-bedroom apartments include a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Every apartment has a terrace and one garage space, and some include a storage room. Completion is planned for the end of 2027.

Residents have access to a Social Club on a separate plot next to the golf practice range. The Club House includes an indoor heated pool, a spa, a gym, a multipurpose room for meetings or coworking, and changing rooms. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, all built in to match the kitchen units. Large-format porcelain flooring runs throughout, with non-slip porcelain on the terraces. The air conditioning provides both heating and cooling through ducts in the false ceiling. Windows are double glazed with grey aluminium frames, and the bedrooms have motorized blinds. Each apartment also has an armoured entrance door, built-in wardrobes in every bedroom, and bathrooms with Roca or similar fittings and glass shower screens.

Sustainability

The development uses an aerothermal heat pump to produce hot water, which lowers energy use. The facades, roofs and walls between apartments include thermal and acoustic insulation, and the double-glazed windows have a thermal bridge break that helps keep indoor temperatures stable. An air renewal system brings fresh air into the bathrooms and kitchens. The landscaped areas use an automatic watering system, and the garage has lighting with movement detectors. The apartments are built to a high standard of electrification.

The apartments sit in the hills of Benalmádena, above Torrequebrada Golf Course on the Costa del Sol. Málaga Airport is about 20 minutes away by car, while Málaga city and its train station are around 25 minutes. Benalmádena Pueblo is 5 minutes away, Puerto Marina 10 minutes, and Marbella 35 minutes. The 18-hole Torrequebrada Golf Course sits right next to the development, and a nearby park gives access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The area enjoys around 300 sunny days a year.
