This beachfront development has 118 apartments and townhouses. The apartments have one, two or three bedrooms, and the townhouses have two bedrooms spread over three floors and a rooftop solarium, each with a private garden and pool. Built sizes run from 76 m² to 209 m², with terraces of 27 m² to 100 m². Every apartment and townhouse includes a parking space in the underground garage and a storage room.
Residents share outdoor swimming pools, including one facing the sea, and an indoor heated pool, set in landscaped gardens. There is a spa with a sauna, a private massage room and a jacuzzi, and a gym with modern equipment. A coworking space is available for residents who work from the coast. The complex also has a children's play area, sports facilities, a rooftop lounge with a bar, concierge and 24-hour surveillance.
Kitchens are fully fitted with a hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, with a worktop and island. Living rooms, bedrooms and hallways use large-format flooring with a natural wood texture, and wet rooms, staircases and outdoor areas use porcelain stoneware. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers, shelves and hanging rails. Entrance doors are reinforced aluminium, and every apartment has a video intercom.
Heating, cooling and hot water run from an air source heat pump, which uses less energy than separate systems. The ducted air conditioning carries heating and cooling through the whole apartment. Windows are double glazed with a thermal break and tilt-and-turn opening, with shutters in the bedrooms. Walls carry acoustic and thermal insulation, and ducted ventilation renews indoor air.
The development sits on the front line of the beach in Torrenueva, next to La Alcaidesa, with direct access to the sand and open views over the Mediterranean and the Rock of Gibraltar. The A-7 motorway is a few minutes away. The nearest golf resort is about 4 km, Sotogrande Marina about 12 km and Valderrama about 15 km. Gibraltar Airport is around 20 km, Estepona 35 km, Marbella 55 km and Málaga Airport about 110 km.
