Other features include LED lighting, double glazing with thermal break, mechanical ventilation for fresh air, dual-flush toilets, and pre-installation for electric vehicle charging in each parking space.

The apartments sit in Bahía Las Rocas, a quiet residential area of Manilva on the Costa del Sol, between Punta Paloma and Sotogrande marina. The beach is 2 km away, and the nearest golf course is 10 km. Gibraltar airport is 30 km, and Malaga is about an hour by car. Several beaches, multiple golf courses, the marinas at La Duquesa and Sotogrande, and supermarkets are all close by.
