This beachfront development has 118 apartments and townhouses with one, two or three bedrooms, set in several low-rise blocks a short walk from the sand. Sizes range from 75 m² to 203 m², with terraces from 27 m² to 517 m². Every apartment has a large private terrace reached directly from the living area and the bedrooms, and open views over the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. The townhouses add a private garden, a solarium and a private pool, and the largest penthouse is a duplex with its own pool. Every apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage and a storage room.
Residents share outdoor swimming pools, one of them a sea-facing infinity pool, landscaped gardens and shaded lounge areas. A ground-floor wellness area holds a spa, a sauna, a private massage room and a gym with modern equipment, all with views over the sea. There is also a jacuzzi, a coworking space and children's play areas, plus a rooftop lounge with a bar and terrace reserved for residents. Concierge service and 24-hour surveillance cover the whole complex. Optional paid services include apartment cleaning, rental management, maintenance and airport transfers.
The structure is reinforced concrete, with insulated façades and brick partitions between apartments. Windows are PVC tilt-and-turn units with double glazing and a thermal break, and the bedrooms have shutters. Floors are large-format wood-effect tiles in the living area, bedrooms and hallways, with porcelain stoneware in bathrooms, staircases and outdoor areas. Kitchens come fitted with a worktop and island, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, and every bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. Terraces have a porcelain finish and glass balustrades, and a video intercom and data sockets are installed as standard.
Heating, cooling and hot water all come from an air-source heat pump, which uses less energy than a gas or electric system. The air conditioning is ducted and built into the ceiling, serving each room from a single unit. Façades combine insulation with an air gap, and the interior partitions carry acoustic and thermal insulation. The double glazing with a thermal break reduces heat loss and outside noise. Ducted mechanical ventilation renews indoor air and extracts kitchen fumes to the roof.
The development sits in Torrenueva, next to La Alcaidesa, on a stretch of coast in La Línea de la Concepción that is still largely undeveloped, at the southern end of the Costa del Sol. The beach is about 50 metres away with direct access, and a supermarket is around three minutes by car. Sotogrande Marina is about 10 minutes away and Gibraltar airport about 15 minutes, with the A-7 motorway a few minutes from the entrance. Links golf courses are a few minutes north, and Real Club Valderrama, Real Club Sotogrande and San Roque Club are all within about 20 minutes. Estepona is roughly 40 kilometres east, Marbella roughly 75 kilometres, and Málaga airport 117 kilometres.
