This gated development has four blocks with 56 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Built sizes range from about 66 to 114 m². You can choose ground-floor apartments with private gardens, middle-floor apartments with terraces, or penthouses with large solariums. Each apartment has one or two bathrooms, a parking space and a storage room.
The complex is gated, with landscaped gardens and leisure areas. Residents have a swimming pool, a social club, a gym, a sauna and a steam bath, plus a children's play area. The underground garage has an automatic vehicle door, CO detection, an extraction system and fire protection. The whole development is enclosed for privacy and security.
Each apartment has ducted air conditioning with a hot and cold pump, controlled from the living room. Kitchens are fully fitted with an induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, and panelled fridge and dishwasher, with a quartz worktop. Floors are laminate or porcelain stoneware, with non-slip stoneware on terraces. Apartments also include built-in wardrobes, lacquered interior doors and premium bathroom fittings, with a rainfall shower in the main bathroom.
The buildings use perforated ceramic brick with thermal and acoustic insulation. Windows and balcony doors have double glazing with an air chamber to reduce heat loss and noise. Heating and cooling come from an energy-efficient hot and cold pump system. The garage is also pre-fitted for electric vehicle charging.
The development is in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga, southern Spain. Estepona sits on the coast between Marbella and Gibraltar. The town has sandy beaches, a marina and a historic old town. Several golf courses are in the surrounding area.
