Interior flooring is 90x90 cm porcelain tiles (Acron Ivory) and non-slip porcelain tiles on terraces. Bathrooms feature porcelain wall tiles (Acron Ivory 40x120), wall-hung sanitaryware, resin shower trays, modular vanity units with integrated washbasin, mirrors, and matt black taps by HANSGROHE or similar.

Kitchens are fully furnished with lacquered cabinets and porcelain worktops. Appliances include washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven, extractor hood, and sink by BOSCH or similar.

Exterior carpentry is aluminium with thermal break and double glazing. Interior doors are white lacquered MDF. Built-in wardrobes include hanging rails and drawers. Air conditioning with heat pump is installed through ducts. Hot water is produced by an aerothermal system. Mechanical ventilation is installed according to regulations. Electrical fittings are high quality.
