This gated residential complex includes 86 apartments distributed in 18 low-rise buildings. It offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments with built areas from 65 m² to 224 m². The project includes ground floor apartments with private gardens, first-floor apartments with large terraces, and penthouses with panoramic views and private solariums. All apartments are designed with open-plan layouts and large windows to maximize natural light and indoor-outdoor connection.
The complex provides resort-style facilities including outdoor swimming pools surrounded by landscaped areas with palm trees and sun loungers. The structure is built with reinforced concrete foundations and slabs according to the Technical Building Code. The façade includes ceramic brick, air chamber, rock wool insulation, and gypsum fibre board cladding.
Interior flooring is 90x90 cm porcelain tiles (Acron Ivory) and non-slip porcelain tiles on terraces. Bathrooms feature porcelain wall tiles (Acron Ivory 40x120), wall-hung sanitaryware, resin shower trays, modular vanity units with integrated washbasin, mirrors, and matt black taps by HANSGROHE or similar.
Kitchens are fully furnished with lacquered cabinets and porcelain worktops. Appliances include washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, hob, oven, extractor hood, and sink by BOSCH or similar.
Exterior carpentry is aluminium with thermal break and double glazing. Interior doors are white lacquered MDF. Built-in wardrobes include hanging rails and drawers. Air conditioning with heat pump is installed through ducts. Hot water is produced by an aerothermal system. Mechanical ventilation is installed according to regulations. Electrical fittings are high quality.
The apartments include aerothermal systems for hot water production and a photovoltaic installation for renewable energy contribution in common areas. Thermal insulation in façades and roofs improves energy efficiency. LED lighting is installed in exterior areas.
The complex offers landscaped communal gardens with native and subtropical species and automatic irrigation systems. Exterior areas include printed concrete, paving stone, or asphalt roads depending on project management decisions. Retaining walls and exterior enclosures are finished with cement mortar and exterior paint. Outdoor lighting is LED and controlled by timers.
Located in El Campanario, Estepona, between Marbella and Estepona on the New Golden Mile. The area is surrounded by golf courses and Mediterranean landscapes. The beach, Puerto Banús, and Estepona town are just a few minutes away by car. Málaga Airport is approximately 35 minutes away and Gibraltar Airport around 40 minutes.
