The infinity pool is the central feature, with purification through saline electrolysis and a non-slip deck. Around it are a gym, a relaxation area, and a coworking social area. Communal gardens spread over the grounds, and there are walking paths through the vegetation. The interiors are not visible from the access streets, which gives residents privacy.

Each apartment has underfloor heating and a fully fitted kitchen with a quartz resin countertop and Siemens or similar appliances. Floors are large-format 100x100 cm porcelain stoneware, continuous between inside and outside. Bathrooms have porcelain stoneware tiling, walk-in showers, and a double basin. Terraces have lift-and-slide aluminium doors in the living room and double-glazed glass with solar control. The reinforced entrance door has a 3-point lock. Wardrobes are fitted, and there is a home automation system controlling lighting, climate, underfloor heating, and blinds from a mobile phone.

Sustainability

The development uses a high-efficiency aerothermal system that draws 75% of its energy from the outside air, with the rest from electricity. This is a renewable technology with low CO₂ emissions, and it powers both the hot water and the underfloor heating. Double-glazed glass with solar control reduces heat loss, and mechanical ventilation renews the indoor air. Parking spaces come with pre-installed electric vehicle charging points, and communal areas use motion-sensor lighting.

Location

The development sits on a hillside in Mijas, between Málaga and Marbella, an area with more than 300 days of sun a year. The sea is 5 minutes away by car, and Fuengirola is 10 minutes. Marbella is 25 minutes away, and Málaga, its airport, and the high-speed train station are around 20 to 30 minutes away. Several golf courses are close by. The site is next to a migratory bird route, and tall trees have been planted to support local wildlife.
