Residents have access to two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children, set in tropical-style gardens with a chill-out area and barbecue. Kitchens are Italian-style with fully fitted high and low cabinets, a porcelain worktop, and high-end appliances: extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Floors are floating laminate in living areas and bedrooms, with porcelain tiles in bathrooms and non-slip porcelain on terraces. Bathrooms have white porcelain sanitary ware, resin shower trays, enamelled bathtubs and chrome taps. Windows are lacquered aluminium or PVC with thermal break and double glazing. The master bedroom has an open walk-in wardrobe, and other bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Air conditioning is ducted with a digital thermostat, and LED spotlights are fitted in kitchens, bathrooms and hallways. Optional extras include underfloor heating in bathrooms, a mini-pool for penthouses and ground-floor apartments, and an outdoor kitchen for penthouses.
The façade uses a cavity wall system with thermal and acoustic insulation to reduce energy consumption, and flat roofs are waterproofed and thermally insulated. Windows have thermal break frames and double glazing with micro-ventilation. Hot water is produced by a high-performance heat pump, and pipes are made of plastic with lower thermal conductivity than metal. Each parking space is pre-installed for an electric vehicle charging point of up to 7.4 kW. Communal gardens have automatic irrigation, and outdoor paths are lit with low-level beacons to reduce light pollution.
The apartments are located in Casares Costa, between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Casares Beach and Doña Julia Golf Club are both close to the complex, and a supermarket and restaurants are nearby. A nursery school is about 5 minutes away by car. Estepona centre and Sotogrande marina are both about 15 minutes by car, Puerto Banús is about 25 minutes, and the village of Casares is about 25 minutes. Marbella centre and Gibraltar Airport are each about 40 minutes by car, and Málaga Airport is about 60 minutes away.
