Windows are lacquered aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing, with motorized blinds in the living room and main bedroom. Built-in wardrobes, a reinforced entrance door and a video door entry system are included.
Domestic hot water is produced by aerothermal energy, a low-consumption renewable system. The facades and separating walls have thermal and acoustic insulation. The development is built to a BREEAM certification standard, which supports lower running costs and a reduced environmental impact.
The development sits in Estepona, next to La Resina Golf & Country Club. Puerto Banús is about 10 minutes away by car and Malaga airport is under 45 minutes. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and several golf courses are a short drive away, and Marbella is close by. The elevated position gives open views toward the Mediterranean and the surrounding hills.
