The development is in Altos de los Monteros, with the town centre within walking distance. A supermarket is approximately 4 minutes by car, and restaurants are nearby. Playa Buena beach and Río Real Golf Marbella are about 10 minutes by car. Marbella centre and Puerto Banús are about 15 minutes away, while Estepona centre is about 30 minutes away. Málaga Airport is about 35 minutes, Gibraltar Airport about 65 minutes, and Sotogrande marina about 45 minutes by car. Guarderia Tipi Kinder Escuela Infantil is about 5 minutes away.
