This off-plan development includes 50 apartments across three construction phases, with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The selection includes six garden apartments in Phase 1, first- and second-floor apartments, and penthouses. The development uses aerothermal technology for climate control and hot water, helping reduce energy use. Facades and roofs include thermal insulation, while large windows use low-emission glass with solar control. Bedroom blinds and shades provide additional protection from solar radiation. Low-water plants are used in the landscaped areas, and parking spaces include pre-installation for electric vehicle charging points.
The apartments are located in the mountains, with south-west orientation and views towards the sea. ParaparGolf is within walking distance, while the town centre is about 5 minutes by car. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, and Valdelecrin Public School is about 10 minutes away. Playa de Carvajal is about 15 minutes away, Puerto Banús about 25 minutes, Marbella centre about 30 minutes, Estepona centre about 45 minutes, Sotogrande marina about 60 minutes, Málaga Airport about 20 minutes and Gibraltar Airport about 80 minutes by car.
