The completed development comprises 36 apartments on the Costa del Sol, with ground-floor, middle-floor and top-floor apartments. Apartment sizes range from 76 to 101 m², with terraces from 23 to 259 m². Each apartment has 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Completion was in 2022.

The apartments use a centralised aerothermal system for air conditioning and domestic hot water. Thermal and acoustic insulation is included in the external walls, internal partitions and windows. Mechanical ventilation renews indoor air automatically.
The apartments are located in El Chaparral, Mijas, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Black Iron Golf Academy Chaparral is within walking distance, and Escuela de Educación Infantil los Claveles is about 5 minutes by car. Mijas town centre is about 15 minutes away, while the main coastal centre and Puerto Banús are about 25 minutes away. Málaga Airport is about 25 minutes by car, Gibraltar Airport about 80 minutes, and Sotogrande marina about 55 minutes.
