The development has 96 apartments and penthouses in twelve buildings of no more than three floors. This selection covers the second phase: one first-floor apartment with two bedrooms and five penthouses with three bedrooms, each with two bathrooms. Built sizes run from 93 m² to 127 m², with terraces from 47 m² to 180 m² including the penthouse solariums. Each apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen with an island and a fitted kitchen, a master bedroom with its own bathroom, and large sliding windows onto the terrace. Outdoor space combines a covered terrace with a pergola and a larger uncovered terrace. Every penthouse adds a private solarium with a jacuzzi. A smart home system controls lighting, blinds, the entrance lock and a Wi-Fi camera, and its smoke and flood sensors can shut off the main water valve automatically. Buyers choose wall and floor coverings from a catalogue at no extra cost.
The complex sits in a residential area east of Marbella, on a wooded hillside at the foot of the Sierra Blanca range and the La Concha mountain. The beach is about five minutes away by car and the centre of Marbella with its old town about ten minutes. The La Cañada shopping centre, with shops and restaurants, is a short drive, and the Río Real golf course is nearby, with three courses within ten kilometres. Terraces look over the coast, the town and the mountains behind. Málaga airport is about forty minutes by car.
