Three blocks of apartments with two and three bedrooms, built into a hillside between the mountains and the sea. Every apartment has a terrace, ranging from about 14 m² to over 150 m². Ground-floor apartments add a private garden or a larger terrace. Inside, the living room, dining area and kitchen share one open-plan space with large windows that open onto the terrace. Every apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage. Delivery is planned for 2028.
Residents share two outdoor pools with saline chlorination, surrounded by garden and sunbathing areas, and an indoor spa with a heated pool, sauna, cold-water bath and shower circuit. There is a fully equipped gym with changing rooms, an outdoor pool bar with a chill-out area, and a coworking space with its own kitchen. Landscaped gardens run through the site, planted with native species, aromatic herbs such as lavender and thyme, and a citrus orchard.
Kitchens are fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge and dishwasher, in a choice of two designs. Floors are large-format SPC with a wood finish, with porcelain tiles in bathrooms and non-slip porcelain on terraces. Windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing, with blinds in the living room and bedrooms. Each apartment has ducted hot and cold air conditioning, a reinforced entrance door and lined built-in wardrobes.
The buildings are being constructed to obtain a BREEAM certificate, an independent standard that rates construction quality, occupant health and environmental impact across a building's life. Domestic hot water is produced by aerothermal energy, which draws heat from the outside air instead of burning gas. Façades, dividing walls and partitions carry thermal and acoustic insulation to Spanish building-code standards, and the outdoor pools use saline chlorination instead of standard chemical treatment.
The site is in Mijas, on the Costa del Sol, surrounded by countryside and open to panoramic sea and mountain views. The beaches of Mijas Costa and Fuengirola are 15 minutes away by car, Marbella 25 minutes, and both Málaga city and Málaga-Costa del Sol airport under 30 minutes. Several golf courses sit within a few minutes' drive. Supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centres, schools, restaurants and shopping are all close by.
