This development offers 71 apartments across six buildings, set on a hilltop in Mijas Costa directly above a golf course. Layouts range from one to four bedrooms. Ground floor apartments come with private gardens, upper floors have wide covered terraces, and the top floor apartments offer terraces of over 200 m². Every apartment faces open views and captures more than 180 degrees of panorama, taking in the Mediterranean, the fairways, the mountains and the coastal towns. A parking space and a storage room are included with each apartment. Construction is underway, with completion expected in 2028.
Residents share two outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, treated with saltwater chlorination. A wellness area holds an infrared sauna, a jacuzzi and a hammam, alongside a fully equipped gym and a separate yoga room. Social spaces include a gastro-bar with a TV room, wine cooler and shared kitchen, a games room with a billiard table, poker room and darts, and a dedicated gaming room. There is also a coworking space with meeting rooms, an indoor play room for children, outdoor playground areas and landscaped communal gardens. A resident app manages services.
Interiors use Porcelanosa flooring and bathroom tiling, with porcelain stoneware on all covered terraces. Aluminium windows have thermal break profiles and double glazing, with motorised blinds in the bedrooms. The armoured entrance door has a three point locking system. Kitchens are fitted with a porcelain worktop and Siemens or similar appliances, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor, integrated fridge and dishwasher. Air conditioning runs through a ducted heat pump, bathrooms have electric underfloor heating, and two, three and four bedroom apartments include AIRZONE climate zoning. Lighting automation and fibre optic connections are installed throughout.
The development is built to BREEAM certification and achieves an A energy rating. Domestic hot water comes from an aerothermal system, which draws heat from the air instead of burning gas. The façade is thermally insulated on its inner face and meets Spanish building code standards for energy saving, acoustic protection and health. Double glazing and thermal break joinery reduce heat loss. The pools use saltwater chlorination rather than chemical treatment, kitchen taps use water saving technology, and rainwater and wastewater run through two separate networks. Parking includes pre-installation for electric vehicle charging points.
The site sits in the hills of Mijas Costa, inside a quiet golf urbanisation. The golf club, its clubhouse restaurant and a padel club are two minutes away by car. La Cala de Mijas and its beaches are around five minutes, with supermarkets, schools and restaurants in the same direction. Fuengirola is seven minutes, and the Miramar shopping centre five. Marbella and Málaga airport are both about twenty minutes by road. Hiking and cycling routes start close to the entrance, and a large public park lies five minutes inland.
