This development has 23 semi-detached townhouses, offered as three-bedroom townhouses with two and a half bathrooms and four-bedroom townhouses with three bathrooms. Every townhouse comes with a private garden, from around 127 m² up to 528 m², and covered and open terraces totalling about 43 m² to 61 m². Each one also has two outdoor parking spaces. Buyers can choose between different interior layouts and can pick their own bathroom tiles, flooring and kitchen colours. The living area is open-plan and opens onto the terrace and garden. Handover is expected in the first quarter of 2029.
Residents share an outdoor communal swimming pool with a night lighting system and salt chlorination. The complex is fully enclosed and fenced, with low-energy lighting along the internal pedestrian paths and in the communal gardens. Each townhouse has its own lawned private garden, covered and open terraces facing it, and two parking spaces on the surface. A golf course sits on the same avenue as the development, and several more courses are within a short drive. The terraces have wall lights, a power socket and a water point, depending on the type.
Each townhouse has an individual aerothermal system for heating, hot water and underfloor heating throughout, plus ducted air conditioning with grilles in the living room and bedrooms. Floors are porcelain tiled, with anti-slip ceramic tiles on the terraces. The kitchen is fitted and equipped with a compact worktop, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven. Bathrooms have a wall-hung WC, a double-basin unit in the main bathroom and anti-mist backlit mirrors. Windows are double glazed in thermal break aluminium or PVC frames, and there are fitted wardrobes, an armoured front door and a video intercom.
The aerothermal system produces heating and hot water from renewable energy, which keeps running costs low. LED lighting is fitted on the terraces and in the corridors, bathrooms and kitchen, and the communal pedestrian areas and gardens use low-energy lighting. The external walls, roof and party walls are built with thermal and acoustic insulation, and the double glazing has an air cavity for the same purpose. Each townhouse includes an electric vehicle charging point. The communal planting uses native species that need little water.
The development is in Estepona, Málaga, inside an established, low-density residential area built around a golf course. The sea is 1.5 km away, and the centre of Estepona, with shops, restaurants and services, is under 10 minutes by car. A supermarket, a pharmacy, schools and a hospital are all within a few minutes. The AP-7 and A-7/N340 roads connect the area to the rest of the coast: Puerto Banús is 25 minutes away, Marbella 30 and Gibraltar 40. Málaga airport is around 55 minutes, and the AVE train station in Málaga about 70.
