Kitchens are fully fitted with porcelain worktops and include a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. Floors are premium vinyl throughout, including the bathrooms, with porcelain tiles on the terraces. Bathrooms have vanity units, a double basin in the main bathroom and extra-flat shower trays. Windows are dark grey PVC with a thermal break and low-emissivity double glazing, with roller shutters in the bedrooms. The reinforced entrance door has a smart lock. All terraces have glass railings. Ducted air conditioning heats and cools each room individually, and a KNX home automation system includes an alarm.
The buildings carry an energy rating of A. The structure uses an industrialised modular timber system with external thermal insulation on the façades, which improves both thermal and acoustic comfort. Each townhouse has its own solar panels on the roof, and a high-efficiency aerothermal system produces the domestic hot water. Controlled mechanical ventilation keeps indoor air quality high, and low-emissivity double glazing limits heat loss. Taps and toilets are water-efficient, with flow restrictors and dual-flush cisterns. LED lighting is fitted throughout, and the shared vegetable garden and green areas support the low-impact design.
The townhouses sit on the hillside of El Higuerón, between Fuengirola and Benalmádena. Carvajal beach and its beach clubs are about three minutes away by car, and Torreblanca train station is around four minutes, with a direct line to Málaga city and the airport. Supermarkets, restaurants and schools are all within a five-minute drive. Fuengirola centre and Benalmádena are both about ten minutes away, Málaga Airport around twenty minutes and Marbella around thirty. The nearest golf courses, at Torrequebrada and Mijas, are reachable in ten to fifteen minutes.
