A gated new development of 112 apartments in low-rise blocks, a few minutes' walk from the sea. Current availability covers two and three bedroom apartments, each with two bathrooms and a built size of 72 to 103 m². A reinforced concrete structure with a rock-wool insulated cavity-wall façade and acoustic and thermal insulation to Spanish building code standards. Floors are first-quality porcelain stoneware, non-slip on terraces and roof terraces. Windows have colour-lacquered aluminium frames with Climalit double glazing and automated blinds in the bedrooms and living room. Interiors include fitted wardrobes, a security entrance door and ambient skirting-board lighting in the living room and main bedroom. Kitchens are fitted with a ceramic hob, extractor hood and sink. Bathrooms have chromed mixer taps, glass shower screens and a smart toilet in the en-suite. Hot water comes from a high-efficiency heat pump, and air conditioning is pre-installed, ready for units to be fitted.
The development sits in the eastern part of El Morche, on the Torrox coast, in the eastern Costa del Sol. The beach and its seafront restaurants are a short walk away, and a primary school, supermarkets and local shops are all within walking distance. A larger supermarket is a few minutes by car. The motorway is close by, putting Málaga about 40 minutes away and Málaga airport about 50 minutes. Vélez-Málaga, the main town of the Axarquía, is around 25 minutes, and the high-speed rail station about 45 minutes. Nerja and its beaches are a short drive east.
