Every apartment has a terrace, and the apartments are oriented towards the sea views the plot enjoys. Ground floor apartments open onto private terraces and gardens, while the penthouses have terraces of more than 125 m². Each apartment includes a garage space and a storage room.
The gated, private urbanisation has a communal swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens and sun terraces. Residents share a fully equipped gym, a separate yoga and mindfulness room, and an outdoor calisthenics and sports area. Kitchens are fitted and equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob and extractor fan, with compact quartz worktops. Living areas and bedrooms have stoneware or laminate flooring, bathrooms use porcelain stoneware, and terraces use non-slip porcelain. Windows and terrace doors are aluminium or PVC with double glazing and a thermal break. The entrance door is armoured with a security lock, interior doors are lacquered, and wardrobes are fitted. A video intercom controls access.
The building holds an energy rating of B. Domestic hot water is produced by an aerothermal system or heat pump, which uses less energy than a conventional boiler. Ducted air conditioning covers all rooms. Façades, roofs and party walls carry thermal and acoustic insulation, and the window frames have a thermal break to reduce heat loss. Roller shutters in the bedrooms are thermally insulated. The basements are prepared for electric vehicle charging.
The development sits in the municipality of Mijas, north of Fuengirola, in a natural setting between the sea and the mountains. Marbella is about 25 minutes away by car, and the A-7 and AP-7 give quick access along the coast. Málaga airport is around 30 km, the María Zambrano high speed rail station about 40 km, and Gibraltar airport around 100 km. Several golf courses, shopping centres, restaurants, beaches and marinas are within a short drive.
