This new development has 165 apartments across five floors, with one to four bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Ground floor apartments come with private gardens of up to 84 m², the middle floors have terraces from 6 m² to 21 m², and the penthouses on the top level have terraces of up to 88 m². Every apartment includes an equipped kitchen, a parking space and a storage room. The site covers 7,722 m² with large communal areas. Prices start at €366,795 and completion is expected at the end of 2027.
Residents share an outdoor pool with salt chlorination and a solarium, plus a gym with cardio and functional training equipment. An outdoor flex zone is set up for yoga, meditation and calisthenics. There is a children's playground and extensive landscaped gardens, including a small birch wood in the centre of the site. Kitchens are fully equipped with SIEMENS appliances, including an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and are open or closed depending on the layout. Large-format wood-effect flooring runs through the whole apartment, with ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and on the terraces. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing, with blinds in the bedrooms and living room. The entrance door is armoured and a video intercom is installed.
The building holds an AA energy rating and is certified under BREEAM, the international standard for sustainable construction. Hot water and air conditioning run on a high-efficiency aerothermal heat pump, with ducted air and thermostat control. Photovoltaic solar panels and low-consumption appliances cut energy use, and common areas use LED lighting with presence detectors. Every parking space has a pre-installation for electric vehicle charging, and the planting uses low-water species.
The development sits in the Cortijo Merino district of Málaga, next to the university expansion that holds the new Engineering, Economics and Health Sciences faculties, and three minutes by car from the Virgen de la Victoria hospital. The airport is eight minutes away, the university campus ten, the AVE station twelve, the historic centre fifteen and La Malagueta beach eighteen. The surrounding new district will add shops, sports facilities and 13,770 m² of green space.
