Two blocks hold 42 apartments with two or three bedrooms. Every apartment faces southeast or southwest and opens onto a large terrace, ranging from 23 m² to 168 m². Ground floor apartments have terraces of up to 106 m², top floor apartments add a private rooftop solarium, and duplex layouts are also available. Large windows connect the living areas with the outdoor space throughout the year.
Residents share an outdoor pool with a beach-style entry and salt chlorination, surrounded by a solarium area with lawn and porcelain paving. Shaded chill-out zones sit under large pergolas, within gardens planted with native species. A private indoor area holds a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, a fully equipped gym overlooking the garden, and a coworking room. Lifts reach every floor from the garage.
Floors are porcelain stoneware throughout, including kitchens and bathrooms, and bathroom walls are fully tiled in rectified porcelain. Bathrooms have shower trays with a stone texture, thermostatic chrome taps, and vanity units with backlit mirrors. Kitchens come fully equipped with integrated appliances. Entrance doors are armoured and interior doors matt white. Windows are PVC or aluminium with double glazing, and terraces are finished in porcelain tile.
Heating, cooling, and hot water run on an individual aerothermal system, distributed through air ducts and controlled by a programmable thermostat in the living room. Windows use a thermal break with double glazing to cut heat loss and outside noise. Walls between apartments combine acoustic brick, rock wool, and double plasterboard. Common areas use LED lighting with presence detectors, and the gardens use low-water native plants.
This development sits in Fuengirola, in a quiet low-density residential area on the northern side of the town. The beach is about five minutes away by car, along with the seafront promenade, restaurants, and shops. Torreblanca train station is close, with a direct line to Málaga city and the airport. Málaga Airport is around 25 minutes by car, Marbella about 30, and Mijas Golf roughly 10.
