This development has 74 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. Built sizes range from 83 m² to 115 m², and every apartment has a terrace. The top floor holds penthouses with private roof terraces that look over the town to the sea. Each apartment includes a garage space and a storage room in the basement. Both north-facing and south-facing units are available.
The complex is a private gated urbanisation with a communal saltwater swimming pool and shared toilets beside it. There is a large landscaped garden with mixed planting. Lifts serve every block, and the common areas use low-energy LED lighting. Vehicle gates are motorised and open by remote control. A video entry system controls access, and the basement holds the parking spaces, storage rooms and charging infrastructure for electric cars.
Each apartment has ducted air conditioning with a heat pump in the living room and bedrooms, plus a fitted kitchen with an induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven and a porcelain worktop. Floors are Porcelanosa vinyl in a wood finish. Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the main bedroom can have a dressing room. Windows are double glazed, the entry door is armoured, and fibre optic reaches the living room.
The building holds an energy rating of A. Hot water comes from an individual aerothermal system, and photovoltaic solar panels support the building's energy use. High thermal insulation, double glazing and controlled air renewal keep the apartments cooler in summer and warmer in winter, which lowers heating and cooling costs. Toilets have a dual flush, and the sun study was used to limit midday heat.
The apartments sit in Torre del Mar, in the Axarquía area east of Málaga. The town centre is 800 metres away and the beach about one kilometre. A hospital, a sports centre, schools, supermarkets and the El Ingenio shopping centre are all within a few minutes' drive. Baviera Golf is around ten minutes east along the coast, and the A-7 motorway puts Málaga airport about 35 minutes away.
