The third phase of this gated complex offers 48 apartments and penthouses in two blocks, set over four residential floors. Layouts come with two or three bedrooms, all with wide terraces. The top-floor penthouses add a private roof solarium. A garage space is included in the price, and most apartments also come with a separate storage room. The complex forms part of a larger residential scheme built in three phases.
Residents share a private, gated enclosure with a communal swimming pool treated by saline chlorination, with communal toilets beside it. Vehicle access runs through motorised gates with remote control, and entry is managed by a video entry phone. Lifts serve both blocks, alongside decorated entrance halls, communal letterboxes and low-consumption LED lighting. Parking spaces and storage rooms sit in the basement, with pre-installed infrastructure for electric vehicle charging.
Interiors have wood-effect vinyl flooring by Porcelanosa throughout, bathrooms tiled in Porcelanosa ranges, acrylic resin shower trays and chrome single-lever taps. Kitchens come fitted with upper and lower units, a porcelain worktop, induction hob, extractor hood, sink and electric oven. Bedrooms have lined modular wardrobes, or a dressing room in the main bedroom depending on the layout. Ducted air conditioning with a heat pump reaches the living-dining room and every bedroom. Entrance doors are armoured, windows are double glazed with compact box blinds, and fibre optic runs to the living-dining room.
The buildings hold an A energy rating. Domestic hot water comes from an individual aerothermal system, and photovoltaic solar panels support the shared energy use of the building. Solid brick façades with a thermally and acoustically insulated air chamber, double glazing with microventilation and forced ventilation in kitchens and bathrooms keep the interior temperature steady and cut heating and cooling costs. Dual-flush toilets reduce water use, and LED lighting keeps consumption low in the shared areas.
The apartments sit in the Ensanche district of Vélez-Málaga, a quiet part of town surrounded by green space. Schools, a health centre and supermarkets are a short walk away, and María Zambrano park, with its playground, sports courts and padel, is a few minutes on foot. The bus station is nearby, with regular services to Málaga and across the Axarquía. Torre del Mar beach is about 5 km away, Málaga is around 35 minutes by car and Málaga airport about 40 minutes.
