This development has 218 apartments across seven entrances, set out in an open C shape. Layouts run from ground-floor apartments with large terraces up to sixth-floor penthouses, with one, two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms, plus a guest toilet in the larger layouts. Built sizes run from 48 m² to 121 m², with terraces of 11 m² to 76 m² on top, and prices start at €282.450. Terraces face in different directions across the complex, so morning or afternoon sun can be chosen. Many also take an optional private pool or spa, and a sliding partition wall can open a bedroom into the living room.
Residents share an outdoor infinity pool for adults with a sun deck, a beach-style entry and saltwater chlorination, plus a separate children's pool. There is a climate-controlled indoor gym, a sauna with changing rooms and a solarium, a coworking room and a communal laundry room. Landscaped gardens planted with drought-resistant species run through the complex, with pedestrian paths and low light-pollution lighting. The site has a gated perimeter and a motorised garage door, and every apartment has a video intercom. Lifts serve all floors, and parking and storage sit in the basement garage.
Interiors use large-format porcelain flooring, continued onto the terraces in a matching non-slip finish. Kitchens are fitted and fully equipped, with a porcelain worktop and a fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Bathrooms have an integrated ceramic basin with a vanity unit, a solid-surface shower tray, a shower screen and an LED mirror, with a thermostatic column in the main bathroom. Entrance doors are armoured, interior doors white lacquered, and wardrobes fitted. Windows are thermal-break lacquered aluminium with double glazing, solar control and a low-emissivity coating. The structure carries a ten-year warranty.
Climate control and hot water run on an aerothermal system, which takes heat from the outside air instead of burning gas. The energy rating will be at least B, giving an estimated saving of over €600 a year and up to 70% less energy than an F-rated apartment of the same usable size. The facade and interior partitions carry thermal and acoustic insulation, and the exterior carpentry uses a thermal break. The garage is pre-wired for electric vehicle charging. Gardens are planted with low-water species, and the outdoor lighting is chosen to limit light pollution.
The site sits in Los Pacos, an established residential district of Fuengirola, between Calle Malvarrosa and Camino de la Cantera. A primary school stands on the same street, and a supermarket, restaurants and further schools are a few minutes' walk away. The A-7 and AP-7 are directly accessible, and a commuter train runs from Fuengirola into central Málaga. The beach is about 1.5 km away, close to five minutes by car. Golf courses in Mijas are a short drive inland, and both Málaga and Marbella are reached on the coastal motorway.
