This development has two buildings with 66 apartments in total. Buyers can choose apartments with two or three bedrooms, and the top floor apartments are penthouses. Each apartment has two bathrooms and a private terrace. The built size ranges from about 73 m² to 102 m², with terraces between 10 m² and 25 m². The design is modern and focuses on bright, open living spaces that connect the living room, kitchen and terrace.
Residents share a communal outdoor swimming pool set within private landscaped gardens. The complex has private parking spaces and green common areas with lighting along the pedestrian paths. Floors are porcelain stoneware and the entrance door is reinforced. Windows are double glazed with a thermal break in aluminium frames, with aluminium shutters. Air conditioning works through a heat pump, and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The development holds an A energy rating. An aerothermal system supplies hot water, heating and cooling in an efficient way, using less energy than traditional systems. Solar panels on the shared areas produce electricity for communal use. Strong thermal and acoustic insulation in the walls and windows keeps each apartment comfortable through the year and lowers running costs.
The apartments sit in Algarrobo Costa, a quiet coastal area in the Axarquía region of Málaga. The beach at Mezquitilla is about a five-minute walk away, and restaurants, supermarkets, schools and a pharmacy are all within a few minutes. A golf course is a short drive away, and Málaga Airport is about 40 minutes by car. The seafront promenade with its bars and beach restaurants is close, giving easy access to the coast all year.
