This development has 60 apartments across 6 blocks. The apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 or 3 bathrooms, with built sizes from 154 m² to 348 m². Buyers can choose ground floor apartments with a private garden, first floor apartments, or first floor and penthouse duplexes with a private solarium. All blocks face south. Master bedrooms measure 20 to 22 m², and ceilings are 2.7 m high. Some apartments include a walk-in wardrobe.

The buildings have a reinforced concrete structure with acoustic insulation between apartments. Bathrooms include wall-hung toilets, solid surface countertops and LED mirrors, with 90x90 porcelain floors. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is included. A 2-bedroom apartment has one parking space and a 3-bedroom has two.
The development includes solar panels on every block roof and aerothermia heat pumps that supply hot water, heating and cooling. Each apartment has an energy rating of A, the highest level. The buildings use mechanical ventilation systems for fresh air and LED lighting throughout. An electric vehicle charging point is provided for each apartment. The space for inverters and batteries is built into each block. These features lower energy use and reduce running costs.
The apartments sit in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol in Málaga province. The beach is 4 km away. Puerto Banús is 20 km away and the centre of Marbella is 27 km. Málaga airport is 80 km away, about one hour by car. Estepona town has international and multilingual schools, along with hospitals and clinics. The N-340 coastal road runs close to the development and connects the area to the wider coast.
