Bathrooms include wall-hung toilets, solid surface countertops and LED mirrors, with 90x90 porcelain floors. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer is included. A 2-bedroom apartment has one parking space and a 3-bedroom has two.

The N-340 coastal road runs close to the development and connects the area to the wider coast.
