The development uses solar panels on the roofs to power the communal areas. Underfloor heating and hot water come from an efficient aerothermal system. Strong thermal and acoustic insulation with double glazing reduces energy use in each apartment. The swimming pools use a salt electrolysis water purification system. LED lighting with automatic control is fitted in the apartments and communal areas, and the west building has Mediterranean landscaped roofs.

The apartments sit on a quiet hillside in Carvajal, one of the calmest areas of Fuengirola, a short walk from the beach. The location has quick connections to the train station and the seafront promenade. Málaga Airport is a short drive away. A panoramic lift gives direct access to the beach and the area's best restaurants. The setting lies between Fuengirola and Benalmádena, with open views of the sea and sky.
