Each apartment has a wide terrace with open sea views, and the curved design lets in natural light. Every apartment comes with two parking spaces and a storage room. The buildings sit on a quiet hillside close to the sea. Completion is planned for the second half of 2028.
The development offers an outdoor infinity pool facing the sea, an indoor pool with a glass enclosure for year-round use, and a sauna. Each apartment has a fully equipped designer kitchen with light units, DEKTON worktops, and integrated Miele appliances. Floors use large-format porcelain stoneware in sand tones, and large windows fill the rooms with light. Apartments include underfloor heating, zoned air conditioning, and built-in wardrobes with LED lighting. Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with GROHE taps, DEKTON washbasins, and blackout blinds. Each apartment also has a digital video intercom, USB-C sockets, and one electric vehicle charging point.
The development uses solar panels on the roofs to power the communal areas. Underfloor heating and hot water come from an efficient aerothermal system. Strong thermal and acoustic insulation with double glazing reduces energy use in each apartment. The swimming pools use a salt electrolysis water purification system. LED lighting with automatic control is fitted in the apartments and communal areas, and the west building has Mediterranean landscaped roofs.
The apartments sit on a quiet hillside in Carvajal, one of the calmest areas of Fuengirola, a short walk from the beach. The location has quick connections to the train station and the seafront promenade. Málaga Airport is a short drive away. A panoramic lift gives direct access to the beach and the area's best restaurants. The setting lies between Fuengirola and Benalmádena, with open views of the sea and sky.
