This development offers 43 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms in a contemporary building in Estepona. The layout includes ground-floor apartments with private gardens and penthouses on the top floor. Large windows fill every room with natural light, and the living areas flow into spacious terraces with views of the mountains or the landscaped gardens.

Residents have access to an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens and a sunbathing area. The complex also includes a hammam, sauna and a fully equipped indoor gym. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen including extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge (Bosch or similar), with a porcelain worktop and peninsula. Interiors feature SPC or laminate floating floors with two finishes to choose from, and non-slip porcelain tiles on terraces. Bathrooms have white porcelain sanitary ware, resin shower trays, chrome mixer taps, screens, mirrors and wall-mounted furniture with double sinks in the main bathroom. Bedrooms include fitted wardrobes with hanging rails, luggage compartments and drawers. The entrance door has a security lock, and all windows are double-glazed aluminium or PVC with thermal break.

The façade uses a cavity wall system with thermal and acoustic insulation, keeping energy use low. Flat roofs are waterproofed and thermally insulated with a double-layer membrane. Domestic hot water is produced by a heat pump, and all plumbing uses plastic pipes for lower heat loss. The tropical communal gardens have automatic irrigation, and outdoor pathways use beacon lighting to reduce light pollution. Every parking space is prepared for the installation of an electric vehicle charging point available as an optional extra.

The apartments sit in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol, close to the town centre, the marina and the beach. A hospital is about 10 minutes away. Marbella and Puerto Banús are a short drive along the A-7, and Sotogrande is just over 20 minutes in the other direction. Málaga airport is 40 minutes away and Gibraltar airport 35 minutes. Several golf courses are nearby, including Valle Romano, Estepona Golf, El Paraíso Golf Club, Atalaya Golf & Country Club and Finca Cortesín.
