This off-plan development consists of 50 apartments located in Estepona on the Costa del Sol, set within a private gated community with direct access to the beach. The apartments are spread across several floors, each with large terraces and panoramic sea views. Penthouse apartments include a private sun deck. Every apartment also features its own private saline-chlorinated pool. The layout follows a modern open-plan design, with living room, dining area and kitchen forming one connected space, opening directly onto the main terrace.
The complex includes a communal swimming pool, carefully landscaped gardens with low water consumption plants, a fully equipped gym, a co-working space, a community room, bicycle storage and a waste-recycling centre. The communal garage has ramp access with automatic doors fitted with an anti-crush safety device and remote control. Common areas feature LED lighting with motion detection by floor and zone.
Flooring throughout is porcelain stoneware with white lacquered skirting boards. Walls are finished in smooth acrylic paint with false ceilings throughout. Kitchens are fully furnished and equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, compact quartz worktop, sink with mixer taps, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Bathrooms feature ceramic-tiled walls, porcelain stoneware flooring, a resin shower tray with glass screen and compact white toilets. The main bathroom includes a double washbasin. All terraces have anti-slip paving, water supply, drainage, lighting and power sockets.
Each apartment is served by an air source heat pump for domestic hot water at maximum energy efficiency. High-performance solar panels on the rooftop support the building's energy needs. The facades include a thermal-insulating air chamber, reducing energy consumption. External windows use aluminium frames with thermal break and double glazing with air gap, along with motorised insulated roller blinds. Internal partitions use dry partitioning with thermal and acoustic insulation throughout. The communal gardens are designed for low water consumption. A hot and cold air conditioning system with thermostat control is installed in all living areas and bedrooms.
The development sits on the hills above Estepona, close to La Resina Golf & Country Club and within easy reach of Los Granados Beach. Estepona's historic centre is 5 minutes by car, Marbella is a short drive away, and both Málaga and Gibraltar airports are reachable in under 45 minutes. The A7 motorway provides quick access to the wider Costa del Sol. Nearby services include supermarkets, health centres, schools and restaurants, as well as Estepona Marina, polo, padel and watersports facilities.
