The villas are located close to the protected pine forest and coastline. Mijas town centre and Ies Villa de Mijas secondary school are within walking distance. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby, while ParaparGolf is around 15 minutes by car. Málaga Airport is around 30 minutes, Puerto Banús around 35 minutes, Marbella centre around 40 minutes, Estepona centre around 55 minutes, Sotogrande marina around 70 minutes and Gibraltar Airport around 90 minutes by car.
