This off-plan development will comprise 22 three-bedroom terraced townhouses in El Chaparral, Mijas. Each townhouse has two bathrooms, private outdoor areas and built areas from 199 to 382 m². Terraces range from 65 to 145 m². Prices start at €999.000. Completion is planned for 2029.
Residents will have access to a communal swimming pool, children’s pool and landscaped gardens. The development also includes a fully equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi and secure children’s play area. Each townhouse has private gardens or terraces, while the development also includes a rooftop solarium and an optional plunge pool.
Townhouses feature open-plan living areas, large glass windows, fitted kitchens and built-in wardrobes. Interiors include large-format porcelain flooring, while terraces and porches have anti-slip porcelain tiles. A Mitsubishi or similar heat pump provides the common heating and domestic hot water system.
The development uses aerothermal technology for heating and hot water. This renewable energy system uses a common heat pump system for both functions. External walls include thermal insulation, while internal partitions include thermal and acoustic insulation. The swimming pool uses a saltwater filtration system, and gardens include a prepared irrigation network.
The townhouses are set among the pine-covered hills of El Chaparral, Mijas, close to the coast. Black Iron Golf Academy Chaparral is within walking distance, while a supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Escuela de Educación Infantil los Claveles is about 5 minutes by car, and Mijas town centre is about 20 minutes away. Marbella centre and Puerto Banús are about 25 minutes away, Málaga Airport about 25 minutes, Estepona centre about 45 minutes, Sotogrande marina about 55 minutes, and Gibraltar Airport about 80 minutes by car.
