This off-plan development includes 50 apartments across three construction phases, with two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. Five apartments are currently for sale, with built areas from 80 to 110 m² and terraces from 22 to 185 m². Prices start at €616.000.

Most appliances have an A energy rating, and electric vehicle charging pre-installation is provided in the garage.
The apartments are located in the mountains, with sea views and a south-west orientation. The town centre is about 5 minutes by car, while supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. ParaparGolf is within walking distance, and Valdelecrin public school is about 10 minutes by car. Playa de Carvajal is about 15 minutes, Málaga Airport 20 minutes, Marbella centre and Puerto Banús 30 minutes, Estepona centre 45 minutes, Sotogrande Marina 60 minutes and Gibraltar Airport 80 minutes by car.
