A gated development of 38 apartments and semi-detached villas on an elevated, south-west facing plot on the eastern side of Marbella. The buildings have two floors. Ground floor apartments come with a private garden and a private swimming pool, penthouses come with a private rooftop solarium and pool, and the semi-detached villas are laid out over three levels with a pool on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first floor and a solarium above. Layouts run from two to four bedrooms, with 128 m² to 246 m² of built space and terraces from 62 m² to 221 m². Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and most layouts add a separate guest toilet. Prices start at €928,000 and handover is expected in the second quarter of 2027.

Residents share five swimming pools, four outdoor and one indoor, so the water is usable all year. A social building holds a coffee shop, a meeting room and an events space, and a separate coworking area gives residents somewhere to work close to the apartment. Other shared facilities include a 24-hour concierge service with its own app, a children's area, a multipurpose room, a bicycle store, an e-bike centre, storage rooms and Mediterranean gardens planted with native species. Access to the complex is controlled, and each block has its own communal garage.

Floors are large-format porcelain stoneware laid over underfloor heating that runs through the whole apartment, with suspended plasterboard ceilings above. Cooling and heating both come from an aerothermal unit, distributed through ducts and controlled zone by zone. Kitchens are delivered fully fitted with an induction hob, extractor, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer and a Silestone quartz worktop and splashback. Bathrooms are tiled in 40 x 120 cm ceramic stoneware with wall-hung toilets, double basin units and glass shower screens. The entrance door is armoured, interior doors and wardrobes are white lacquered, and windows use aluminium frames with a thermal break and double glazing, with motorised blinds in the bedrooms. A home automation system and a video intercom are included.

The development carries an A energy rating. Hot water is produced by a centralised, high efficiency aerothermal system, and solar panels support the building's power supply. The façade is built with an air cavity and both thermal and acoustic insulation, and the double glazing with thermal break keeps the interior temperature stable and cuts energy use. Underfloor heating spreads warmth evenly and uses less energy than radiators. In the shared areas, LED lighting is triggered by motion sensors zone by zone, so lights only run when someone is there. Every parking space includes a pre-installation for an electric vehicle charger.

The site sits inside a private residential area on the eastern side of Marbella, surrounded by the Santa Clara Golf course, an 18-hole course with a clubhouse, restaurant and pro shop about two minutes away by car. The elevated, south-west facing position gives open views over the Mediterranean, the golf course and the mountains. The beach is around three minutes by car, with several beach clubs and restaurants along that stretch. A supermarket is about a minute away and a larger one four minutes. Marbella is roughly nine minutes by car, Puerto Banús seventeen minutes, and Málaga airport thirty-five minutes via exit 234 of the A-7.
