This is a boutique development of eight detached villas, each on its own private plot. Every villa has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, arranged over a garden level, a ground floor, a first floor and a rooftop solarium. Built sizes run from 316 m² to 347 m², with terraces of 232 m² to 332 m² and plots of 344 m² to 522 m². Each villa has a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden and a garage for two cars. Four villas face south-east and four face south-west.
Every villa has a private pool with a water feature and its own landscaped garden. A lift connects all four levels, from the garage up to the rooftop. The garden level holds a large multipurpose room suited to a cinema, gym or games room, plus a wine store and a storage room. The rooftop solarium has a guest toilet, lift access and pre-installation for an outdoor kitchen. The garage takes two cars with direct entry into the villa.
Finishes are by Porcelanosa and include large-format porcelain tiles and oak wood flooring on the bedroom level. Kitchens are fully fitted with Siemens appliances. Each villa has underfloor heating throughout, air conditioning, a home automation system and floor-to-ceiling sliding windows that open the living areas onto the terraces. Bathrooms are contemporary in design. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining area with the kitchen and a guest toilet.
The villas sit in Valdeolletas, an established residential area of Marbella, under four minutes from Avenida Ricardo Soriano. The centre of Marbella and the La Cañada shopping centre are both about five minutes away by car. Schools, nurseries, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical clinics are all within a short drive, as is a padel club. The Monte Paraíso golf course is next to the development, and the beach is a few minutes away. Málaga Airport is about 40 minutes by car, with quick access to the AP-7.
