Two buildings hold 98 apartments and penthouses, set over three floors plus a penthouse level. Layouts run from two to four bedrooms, each with an open-plan living area and a wide terrace. A parking space and a storage room are included in the price of every property. Buyers can personalise finishes and interior design with the project's design team before completion. The complex is fully gated, with a security entrance and a controlled access gate.
Residents share two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children, and an indoor heated pool with a solarium. The structure is reinforced concrete with waffle slabs. Exterior carpentry is lacquered aluminium or PVC with a thermal break, fitted with thermo-acoustic double glazing and insulated blinds in living rooms and bedrooms. Interiors have AC5 laminate wood flooring or porcelain stoneware, with non-slip porcelain stoneware on the terraces. Bathrooms are tiled in ceramic, with white porcelain sanitaryware and chrome single-lever taps. The entrance door is armoured and the built-in wardrobes are lined with a textile finish.
The apartments sit in San Pedro de Alcántara, part of Marbella, a short walk from the beach and the palm-lined seafront promenade. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, medical services and restaurants are all within walking distance, along with one of the area's leading padel and tennis clubs. Puerto Banús is about seven minutes by car and central Marbella around fifteen. Guadalmina and San Pedro golf courses are a few minutes away. Málaga Airport is roughly 45 minutes and Gibraltar Airport about 50.
