Six blocks hold 108 apartments with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor apartments open onto private gardens, the middle floors have large terraces, and the upper floors are penthouses and duplex penthouses with private solariums of more than 60 m². Floor-to-ceiling windows connect every living area to its outdoor space. Each apartment comes with a private parking space, and some also include a storage room. The complex is gated and finished, so the last apartments are ready to move into.
Residents share a large outdoor swimming pool with a wide solarium, set into the hillside and surrounded by planting, plus a separate pool for children. Both pools use saline chlorination instead of chlorine tablets. There is a fully equipped gym with a sauna and showers, and an air-conditioned co-working room with large windows onto the pool and gardens. Landscaped gardens run through the whole complex. Entry is controlled, and vehicles pass through an automatic gate with remote opening.
Kitchens are fitted with laminate units and compact quartz worktops, an induction cooktop, a built-in fridge and dishwasher, an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave. Heating, cooling and hot water come from heat pumps, with ducted air reaching the living room and bedrooms. Floors are large-format porcelain tiles inside and non-slip porcelain on the terraces. Windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing, and the bedrooms have insulated aluminium roller blinds. Bathrooms have porcelain tiling in wet areas, mirrors and single-lever taps.
The complex sits above the 18-hole Calanova golf course, on a slope with views over the fairways, the Sierra de Mijas and the Mediterranean coastline. The centre of La Cala de Mijas, with its beaches, restaurants, shops, banks and schools, is about five minutes by car. Fuengirola is around 15 minutes and Marbella around 20 minutes. Málaga airport is about 30 minutes away. Coastal walking paths, sandy beaches such as Butibamba and the coves at Punta de la Torre Nueva are all close by.
