This development consists of five detached villas built off-plan across four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor and solarium. Each villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a guest toilet, with 306 to 331 m² of enclosed built area, 267 to 301 m² of terraces, and plots of around 885 m². Prices start at €1,590,000. Buyers can personalise layouts and finishes during construction. Completion is expected in December 2027.
Every villa has a private infinity pool with salt chlorination and LED lighting, plus an outdoor stainless steel shower. The private garden includes natural grass, conifer hedging along the boundaries, low-water planting and automatic irrigation. A built-in barbecue area with sink and storage sits beside the terrace. Each villa also has a rooftop solarium of around 78 m², private parking for two cars with an automatic gate, and a basement wine cellar.
Interiors use large-format Porcelanosa flooring and Porcelanosa ceramic in the wet areas, both selectable by the buyer. The kitchen is a fully equipped Gamadecor E-motions design with Xtone worktops and Miele and Bora appliances. Bathrooms carry Noken fittings. Exterior carpentry is Schüco aluminium with a thermal break and triple solar-control glazing, with laminated glass balustrades. Other details include an armoured entrance door, fitted wardrobes, home automation, and a monitored alarm.
Heating, cooling and hot water run on a Daikin aerothermal system with ducted air distribution and home automation control. A 5 kW photovoltaic installation supplies the villa, with an inverter already prepared for battery storage. Triple solar-control glazing, thermal break frames and polystyrene insulation reduce energy demand. LED lighting is fitted throughout, a mechanical ventilation system renews the air, and the garden uses automatic irrigation with low-water species.
The villas sit in Valle Romano, one of Estepona's established golf areas, on the highest part of the urbanisation with open views over the Mediterranean, the golf course and Sierra Bermeja. The golf club and its restaurants are about one kilometre away. The nearest beach is under five minutes by car, and Estepona town centre is around five kilometres. Marbella and Puerto Banús are roughly 20 minutes by road.
