A gated development of 23 townhouses, arranged in five blocks that step with the natural contours of a sheltered valley in Elviria, Marbella East. A natural stream divides the site, and a bridge connects both sides, linking the two halves of the community. Each townhouse is laid out over three floors, served by an internal staircase and a private lift, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest toilet and a private parking space at the entrance level. Built sizes range from 175 m² to 191 m², with terraces from 98 m² to 136 m². Prices start at €1,395,275. Fourteen townhouses are currently released for sale.
Residents share two communal swimming pools and a separate children's pool, set among landscaped gardens and walkways that run through the community. There is a fully equipped residents' gym, a dedicated yoga and wellness space, and a children's play area. Every townhouse also has its own private infinity pool, positioned to face the valley, along with a private garden and covered parking. The plot is enclosed along its full boundary, with a motorised gate for vehicle access and a digital video intercom at each pedestrian entrance.
Interiors use natural stone flooring in a 120 x 120 cm format, continuing onto the porches and around the pool. Walls are finished in lime-based micro-render and interior doors are oak veneered with a 250 cm clear height. Kitchens combine lacquered cabinetry with natural stone worktops and integrated Siemens appliances. Bathrooms have Villeroy & Boch wall-hung sanitaryware, concealed taps and walk-in showers, with a freestanding bath in the main bathroom. Windows use TECHNAL aluminium frames with thermo-acoustic double glazing, and climate control runs on ducted air conditioning with a KNX home automation system.
The design uses aerothermal energy, a renewable system that draws heat from the surrounding air to cover hot water, to temper the underfloor heating, and to support the air conditioning. Roofs are built as inverted flat roofs, glazing is low-emissivity double glazing, and lighting throughout uses low-consumption LED fittings. The layout and orientation of the blocks create natural cross-ventilation and make the most of daylight. Garden and pool irrigation and the exterior lighting are controlled automatically by timer, and the plot is retained using ecological green retaining walls.
Elviria is an established residential area in Marbella East, backed by pine and cork oak hillsides that descend towards the coast. The Elviria commercial centre is a short drive away, with a supermarket, shops, cafés and restaurants, and the beaches and beach clubs of Elviria are close by. Marbella city centre is 15 minutes by car, Málaga city centre 30 minutes and Málaga Airport 20 minutes. Fuengirola train station is 10 minutes away. Santa María Golf, Cabopino Golf and Greenlife Golf are all nearby, along with several international schools.
