This development has 139 apartments with one, two, three and four bedrooms, arranged over five levels around a landscaped inner garden. Built sizes run from 66 m² to 299 m², with terraces from 19 m² to 182 m². Three layouts are offered: single-level apartments, corner apartments with a private pool, and duplex penthouses with a solarium and a private pool. Every apartment has a covered terrace and a storage room in the basement, and the development includes underground parking. Construction is under way and completion is expected in June 2029.
Residents share four saltwater pools: a garden-level pool, an indoor lap pool, a hydromassage pool with pressure jets, and a rooftop infinity pool. The wellness centre adds a sauna, an aromatherapy steam bath, a contrast pool and a red-light therapy area, next to a fully equipped gym. There is also a business hub for remote working, a social club with a cinema screen, bar, billiards and a sports simulator, a children's room, a pet spa, and a rooftop lounge with a yoga deck. Residents also get a private sunbed area on the beach.
Interiors have large-format rectified porcelain flooring inside and on the terraces, suspended ceilings with recessed LED lighting, and fitted wardrobes. Kitchens are fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Windows are double-glazed aluminium with a thermal break, and bedrooms have motorised blackout shutters. Bathrooms have thermostatic taps, wall-hung toilets and anti-fog LED mirrors. Each apartment has ducted air conditioning, a video intercom and a reinforced entrance door, with the option to add remote control of lighting, blinds and climate.
The building holds an A–A energy rating for both energy use and CO2 emissions, which lowers running costs for climate control, lighting and other services. Hot water comes from a centralised aerothermal system that takes energy from the air instead of burning gas. Façades and party walls use double insulation, and the layouts are planned for natural cross ventilation and daylight. Taps have flow reducers, cisterns have dual-flush systems, and the gardens run on a high-efficiency irrigation system suited to the Mediterranean climate.
The apartments sit in Marbella West, a new district of San Pedro Alcántara, about a ten-minute walk from the beach and its promenade. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants in San Pedro Alcántara and Guadalmina are a few minutes away, and an international school is a five-minute walk. Puerto Banús is five minutes by car, and the golf courses of Guadalmina, Los Naranjos, Aloha and Las Brisas are close by. The A-7 and AP-7 connect directly, putting Málaga and its airport around 40 minutes away.
