This gated development has 233 apartments with one, two, three and four bedrooms, set in low-rise blocks with wide, stepped terraces designed for panoramic views. Built sizes run from 54 m² up to 214 m², and terraces reach 247 m² on the largest top-floor apartments. Every apartment has an open-plan living area, a private terrace, underground parking and a storage room. The apartments are sold before completion, and handover is expected in the last quarter of 2027.
Residents share outdoor salt-water pools, a rooftop infinity pool and an indoor pool, along with a spa that includes a sauna, hammam, massage room, heated loungers, an ice waterfall and rain showers. There is a fully equipped gym, a coworking space with meeting and video-conference rooms, and a multipurpose room for private events, children's parties and film screenings. Landscaped gardens with native planting, a children's play area, bike storage with a repair workshop, a car wash area and keyless garage access complete the shared facilities.
Kitchens are fully fitted and equipped with Miele appliances, including an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge and microwave. A large-format, water-resistant floor finish runs through every room, including the bathrooms, with no joints or transitions. Heating, cooling and hot water come from a single aerothermal heat pump, ducted to the living area, kitchen and bedrooms and controlled by thermostat or mobile app. Aluminium windows have a thermal break and double glazing, bedrooms have blinds, wardrobes are fitted, and each apartment has a reinforced entrance door and a video intercom.
The buildings have an A energy rating, with carbon dioxide emissions below 10 kg per m² per year and energy use below 44.6 kWh per m² per year. Photovoltaic panels on the roofs produce electricity for shared consumption. The aerothermal system, thermal-break windows and a high-performance facade reduce demand further. Common areas use LED lighting with presence detectors and low-consumption lifts, water-saving fittings are used throughout, gardens are planted with low-water native species, and the project is working towards BREEAM certification.
The complex sits between Fuengirola and Mijas on the Costa del Sol. The A-7 motorway is one minute away, the beach and the commuter train station are both about five minutes by car, and Málaga airport is twenty minutes. Marbella and Málaga city are each around twenty-five minutes. Fuengirola has eight kilometres of Blue Flag beaches, a marina and a wide choice of restaurants, while a large shopping centre, a zoo and a golf course are all within a short drive.
