This development has 24 apartments across four buildings on the Torremolinos seafront, each building turned towards the sea so every apartment looks out over the water. Construction is finished and the apartments are ready to move into. Two apartments remain available: a ground floor apartment of 111 m² with a private garden, and a penthouse of 107 m² with a 98 m² wraparound terrace and a living room facing three directions. Both have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two parking spaces and a storage room included, and panoramic sea views.
The gated urbanisation sits in landscaped gardens with automatic irrigation. Residents share an overflow swimming pool with underwater lighting and a separate jacuzzi pool, with the pool surround finished in wood-effect ceramic tiling. Security covers a guard post, closed-circuit video on the main entrance and the whole perimeter, video entry at each portal and a master key system. The basement garage has a motorised door, carbon monoxide detection, and fire detectors linked to a central alarm panel. Lifts reach every floor of the building, including the garage level.
Each apartment is delivered with a fitted kitchen with a quartz worktop and integrated appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, 90 cm fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and extractor. Floors are large-format porcelain tiles, with false ceilings throughout and full-height fitted wardrobes lined inside. Windows use thermal-break aluminium frames with Climalit double glazing, and bedrooms and living rooms have motorised aluminium blinds. The entrance door is armoured. Bathrooms have backlit anti-mist mirrors, heated towel rails and thermostatic taps, with a resin shower tray in the main bathroom and an acrylic bath in the second.
Hot water and heating run on an aerothermal system, which draws heat from the air instead of burning gas. Heating is delivered through water-based underfloor heating with room-by-room temperature control, and cooling through ducted air conditioning in the false ceiling. A double-flow ventilation system with heat recovery keeps the air fresh while holding on to the heat already inside. The façade, roof and party walls are insulated, and anti-impact acoustic insulation runs under every floor. Common areas use LED lighting, and the garage has a pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.
The buildings stand directly on the seafront promenade, facing Playa de los Álamos in a quiet part of Torremolinos. Beach bars and restaurants sit on the sand a few minutes' walk away, with shops and sports facilities within five minutes. A golf course is a short drive north, and Málaga is about 15 minutes by car. The same drive reaches Málaga-Costa del Sol airport, the Port of Málaga and the María Zambrano AVE station. The A-7, AP-7 and N-340 connect to the rest of the Costa del Sol, most of it within an hour.
