The site sits on a raised promontory above the coast, so the terraces look out over the town, the bay and the open Mediterranean. The complex offers ground floor apartments, apartments and penthouses with one to four bedrooms, arranged across several blocks. Available now are three and four bedroom units, from 92 m² to 125 m² of built space, with terraces from 13 m² to 100 m². Every apartment includes at least one garage space and a private storage room.
Residents share two large outdoor swimming pools for adults, set in landscaped grounds with a solarium and toilets, and treated with a saline chlorination system. There is a separate children's pool and a children's play area. A fully equipped gymnasium includes a sauna and shower facilities. A multipurpose room is open to the whole complex. Access to the grounds is controlled, and the garage door is mechanised with remote opening.
Interiors are finished in high quality porcelain tiling, with non-slip porcelain on the terraces. Kitchens have a compact quartz worktop and integrated appliances, including an induction hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Bathrooms have designer sanitary ware, thermostatic taps and countertop basins. Windows are aluminium with a thermal break and double glazing. Entrance doors are reinforced and wardrobes are built in.
An aerothermal system produces the domestic hot water and the air conditioning, distributed through ducts in the false ceiling. Walls between apartments use soundproof brick with insulation on both sides, and interior partitions are insulated for thermal and acoustic comfort. The façade is insulated to the Spanish building code, and the double glazing uses a thermal break. Orientation was planned to increase natural light and reduce energy use.
The complex stands in Torremolinos, beside the protected Pinar del Moro pine forest, with an international school directly opposite. Public schools, a municipal sports centre, an auditorium, a recreation area and several supermarkets are all within a few minutes. The beach is five minutes away by car, Málaga Airport ten minutes, and Málaga city fifteen minutes. The local train station is a fifteen minute walk and several bus lines serve the area.
