An aerothermal system supplies domestic hot water and handles heating and cooling at high efficiency. The insulated lightweight façade and low-emissivity glazing reduce energy demand further, and both parking spaces come with pre-installed charging points for electric vehicles.
The townhouses sit in Pedregalejo, a seafront neighbourhood in eastern Málaga, around 600 metres from the beach. The historic centre is 8 minutes away by car, the port and marina 7 minutes, the María Zambrano high-speed train station 10 minutes and Málaga airport 15 minutes. A golf club, a tennis club and several international schools are close by, along with supermarkets, a shopping area and the seafront restaurants of the promenade. The A-7 motorway is directly accessible.
